Choosing a perfect LipSense color can be a little intimidating when you are a new 1st time customer.
LipSense is not your mothers lipstick but rather a unique technology system. I will always recommend 2 colors because of the options available when you own 2, although I am certainly sensitive to the cost.
I am going to start writing on color information specific to certain potential customers and current customers.
This idea came to me this morning when I woke up to an email from a potential new customer with very specific needs pertaining to LipSense. Check out an the following:
“I have green eyes, strawberry blonde hair…would the Sunburst (orange) be too bright for me? Pinks don’t usually work and I need a warm tone (as I am able to tan)….your suggestions would be greatly appreciated as well as the gloss to place over the color.”
Of course, Her picture is painted perfectly for me. I responded with the following information.
LipSense is Awesome! You obviously prefer light colors. Correct? If you are going to go with one color, Sunburst Orange would not be my 1st choice for you by itself.
Look at: Gold Champagne
Beige Champagne
For a little bit more depth of color:
Apple Cider
Moca
Malted
Praline Rose
Sunburst Orange works very well over Moca, Apple Cider, Praline Rose
Since you will always apply 3 layers, 2 colors will give you several options for your lips.
Anyone of the above will be PERFECT for your coloring.
Top off with Shell or Sand GlossGoing forward, I feel this type of information is useful for any woman that is considering purchasing LipSense or achieving a New Look.

I have nude, beige champaign, and blush and the gold which I wear over my nude. I would like to get somemore colors. What would you suggest? I have blue eyes brownish blonde hair and medium skin tone. not fair or dark. I don’t like dark colors. I wear cool tones and warm tones. I definitely stay away from orange. Any help you could give would be much appreciated. I LOVE this lipstick!
Thanks

Carol,
GREAT to here that you love LipSense! Me too! You are one lucky girl to be able to wear both cool & warm tones.
You have lots of great choices.
Pink Lemonade – a FUN layering color. A little over the top by it self.
Sugar Plum Frost- BEAUTIFUL Shimmery light mauve with a lavender undertone.
Capuccino- This is a cooler toned light pinkish brown. It is my #1 color with 20’s & 30’somethings girls. It also has a slight shimmer.
Latte – Newer shimmery version of Nude.
Beige Baquette – Beige Champagne with REAL DIAMOND DUST.
Pink Champagne – Pale Pink version of beige champagne. Many of my clients use this to tone other colors down.
You should consider using Sand Gloss on top of any that you currently own in addition to any of the above. MY NEW FAVORITE FOR SPRING! It will be TOUGH CHOOSING out of the above because they are ALL great and highly different than what you currently have in your cosmetic bag. Can’t wait to see what you choose.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Warmest Regards,
Carol
